How to convert Centigram to Hectogram
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = \frac{\text{Mass}_{\text{cg}}}{10000}$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $35.0\ \text{cg}$ to $\text{hg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = \frac{35.0}{10000}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = 0.0035$$
$$\therefore \ 35.0\ \text{cg} = 0.0035 \ \text{hg}$$
Example 2
Convert $90.0\ \text{cg}$ to $\text{hg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = \frac{90.0}{10000}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = 0.009$$
$$\therefore \ 90.0\ \text{cg} = 0.009 \ \text{hg}$$
Example 3
Convert $105.0\ \text{cg}$ to $\text{hg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = \frac{105.0}{10000}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = 0.0105$$
$$\therefore \ 105.0\ \text{cg} = 0.0105 \ \text{hg}$$
Example 4
Convert $140.0\ \text{cg}$ to $\text{hg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = \frac{140.0}{10000}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = 0.014$$
$$\therefore \ 140.0\ \text{cg} = 0.014 \ \text{hg}$$
Example 5
Convert $180.0\ \text{cg}$ to $\text{hg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = \frac{180.0}{10000}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{hg}} = 0.018$$
$$\therefore \ 180.0\ \text{cg} = 0.018 \ \text{hg}$$
