Convert Radian to Centiradian
Unit definitions
Radian
The radian is the unit of angle in the SI. A full circle is $2\pi$ radians, where $\pi$ is approximately $3.141\,592\,653\,589\,793$.
Centiradian
$\frac{1}{100}$ of a radian is a centiradian.
How to convert Radian to Centiradian
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = \text{Angle}_{\text{rad}} \cdot {10}^{2}$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $35.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{centiradian}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 35.0 \cdot {10}^{2}$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 3500$$
$$\therefore \ 35.0\ \text{rad} = 3500 \ \text{centiradian}$$
Example 2
Convert $85.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{centiradian}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 85.0 \cdot {10}^{2}$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 8500$$
$$\therefore \ 85.0\ \text{rad} = 8500 \ \text{centiradian}$$
Example 3
Convert $115.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{centiradian}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 115.0 \cdot {10}^{2}$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 11500$$
$$\therefore \ 115.0\ \text{rad} = 11500 \ \text{centiradian}$$
Example 4
Convert $130.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{centiradian}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 130.0 \cdot {10}^{2}$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 13000$$
$$\therefore \ 130.0\ \text{rad} = 13000 \ \text{centiradian}$$
Example 5
Convert $190.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{centiradian}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 190.0 \cdot {10}^{2}$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{centiradian}} = 19000$$
$$\therefore \ 190.0\ \text{rad} = 19000 \ \text{centiradian}$$
