Example 4
Convert $135.0\ \text{eV}$ to $\text{keV}$.
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{keV}} = \frac{135.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{keV}} = 0.135$$
$$\therefore \ 135.0\ \text{eV} = 0.135 \ \text{keV}$$
Example 5
Convert $200.0\ \text{eV}$ to $\text{keV}$.
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{keV}} = \frac{200.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{keV}} = 0.2$$
$$\therefore \ 200.0\ \text{eV} = 0.2 \ \text{keV}$$
