Example 4
Convert $145.0\ \text{GeV}$ to $\text{TeV}$.
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{TeV}} = \frac{145.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{TeV}} = 0.145$$
$$\therefore \ 145.0\ \text{GeV} = 0.145 \ \text{TeV}$$
Example 5
Convert $165.0\ \text{GeV}$ to $\text{TeV}$.
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{TeV}} = \frac{165.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Energy}_{\text{TeV}} = 0.165$$
$$\therefore \ 165.0\ \text{GeV} = 0.165 \ \text{TeV}$$
