An em is a unit of typography equal to the point size of the font, commonly $12$ points or $\frac{1}{6}$ of an inch.
Inch
An inch is $0.025\,4$ meters in length.
How to convert Em to Inch
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = \frac{\text{Length}_{\text{em}}}{6}$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $25.0\ \text{em}$ to $\text{in}$.
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = \frac{25.0}{6}$$
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = 4.166667$$
$$\therefore \ 25.0\ \text{em} = 4.166667 \ \text{in}$$
Example 2
Convert $75.0\ \text{em}$ to $\text{in}$.
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = \frac{75.0}{6}$$
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = 12.5$$
$$\therefore \ 75.0\ \text{em} = 12.5 \ \text{in}$$
Example 3
Convert $100.0\ \text{em}$ to $\text{in}$.
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = \frac{100.0}{6}$$
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = 16.666667$$
$$\therefore \ 100.0\ \text{em} = 16.666667 \ \text{in}$$
Example 4
Convert $135.0\ \text{em}$ to $\text{in}$.
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = \frac{135.0}{6}$$
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = 22.5$$
$$\therefore \ 135.0\ \text{em} = 22.5 \ \text{in}$$
Example 5
Convert $160.0\ \text{em}$ to $\text{in}$.
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = \frac{160.0}{6}$$
$$\text{Length}_{\text{in}} = 26.666667$$
$$\therefore \ 160.0\ \text{em} = 26.666667 \ \text{in}$$
