How to convert Carat to Decigram
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = \text{Mass}_{\text{ct}} \cdot 2$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $25.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 25.0 \cdot 2$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 50$$
$$\therefore \ 25.0\ \text{ct} = 50 \ \text{dg}$$
Example 2
Convert $90.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 90.0 \cdot 2$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 180$$
$$\therefore \ 90.0\ \text{ct} = 180 \ \text{dg}$$
Example 3
Convert $105.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 105.0 \cdot 2$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 210$$
$$\therefore \ 105.0\ \text{ct} = 210 \ \text{dg}$$
Example 4
Convert $150.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 150.0 \cdot 2$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 300$$
$$\therefore \ 150.0\ \text{ct} = 300 \ \text{dg}$$
Example 5
Convert $175.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 175.0 \cdot 2$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 350$$
$$\therefore \ 175.0\ \text{ct} = 350 \ \text{dg}$$
