Example 1
Convert $30.0\ \text{dg}$ to $\text{kg}$.

$$\therefore \ 120.0\ \text{dg} = 0.012 \ \text{kg}$$
Example 4
Convert $140.0\ \text{dg}$ to $\text{kg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{kg}} = \frac{140.0}{10000}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{kg}} = 0.014$$
$$\therefore \ 140.0\ \text{dg} = 0.014 \ \text{kg}$$
Example 5
Convert $180.0\ \text{dg}$ to $\text{kg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{kg}} = \frac{180.0}{10000}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{kg}} = 0.018$$
$$\therefore \ 180.0\ \text{dg} = 0.018 \ \text{kg}$$
