Convert Picosecond to Microsecond
Unit definitions
Picosecond
$\frac{1}{10^{12}}$ of a second is a picosecond.
Microsecond
$\frac{1}{10^{6}}$ of a second is a microsecond.
How to convert Picosecond to Microsecond
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = \frac{\text{Time}_{\text{ps}}}{{10}^{6}}$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $35.0\ \text{ps}$ to $\text{μs}$.
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = \frac{35.0}{{10}^{6}}$$
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = 0.000035$$
$$\therefore \ 35.0\ \text{ps} = 0.000035 \ \text{μs}$$
Example 2
Convert $70.0\ \text{ps}$ to $\text{μs}$.
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = \frac{70.0}{{10}^{6}}$$
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = 0.00007$$
$$\therefore \ 70.0\ \text{ps} = 0.00007 \ \text{μs}$$
Example 3
Convert $120.0\ \text{ps}$ to $\text{μs}$.
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = \frac{120.0}{{10}^{6}}$$
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = 0.00012$$
$$\therefore \ 120.0\ \text{ps} = 0.00012 \ \text{μs}$$
Example 4
Convert $140.0\ \text{ps}$ to $\text{μs}$.
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = \frac{140.0}{{10}^{6}}$$
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = 0.00014$$
$$\therefore \ 140.0\ \text{ps} = 0.00014 \ \text{μs}$$
Example 5
Convert $200.0\ \text{ps}$ to $\text{μs}$.
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = \frac{200.0}{{10}^{6}}$$
$$\text{Time}_{\text{μs}} = 0.0002$$
$$\therefore \ 200.0\ \text{ps} = 0.0002 \ \text{μs}$$
