Convert Radian to Grade
Unit definitions
Radian
The radian is the unit of angle in the SI. A full circle is $2\pi$ radians, where $\pi$ is approximately $3.141\,592\,653\,589\,793$.
Grade
A grade is defined as $\frac{1}{400}$ of a revolution. It is also known as the gon or the gradian.
How to convert Radian to Grade
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = \frac{\text{Angle}_{\text{rad}}}{3.141592653589793} \cdot 200$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $50.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{grad}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = \frac{50.0}{3.141592653589793} \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = 3183.098862$$
$$\therefore \ 50.0\ \text{rad} = 3183.098862 \ \text{grad}$$
Example 2
Convert $65.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{grad}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = \frac{65.0}{3.141592653589793} \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = 4138.02852$$
$$\therefore \ 65.0\ \text{rad} = 4138.02852 \ \text{grad}$$
Example 3
Convert $105.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{grad}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = \frac{105.0}{3.141592653589793} \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = 6684.50761$$
$$\therefore \ 105.0\ \text{rad} = 6684.50761 \ \text{grad}$$
Example 4
Convert $150.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{grad}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = \frac{150.0}{3.141592653589793} \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = 9549.296586$$
$$\therefore \ 150.0\ \text{rad} = 9549.296586 \ \text{grad}$$
Example 5
Convert $160.0\ \text{rad}$ to $\text{grad}$.
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = \frac{160.0}{3.141592653589793} \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Angle}_{\text{grad}} = 10185.916358$$
$$\therefore \ 160.0\ \text{rad} = 10185.916358 \ \text{grad}$$
