How to convert Kilobyte to Megabyte
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = \frac{\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{KB}}}{1000}$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $40.0\ \text{KB}$ to $\text{MB}$.
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = \frac{40.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = 0.04$$
$$\therefore \ 40.0\ \text{KB} = 0.04 \ \text{MB}$$
Example 2
Convert $60.0\ \text{KB}$ to $\text{MB}$.
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = \frac{60.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = 0.06$$
$$\therefore \ 60.0\ \text{KB} = 0.06 \ \text{MB}$$
Example 3
Convert $120.0\ \text{KB}$ to $\text{MB}$.
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = \frac{120.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = 0.12$$
$$\therefore \ 120.0\ \text{KB} = 0.12 \ \text{MB}$$
Example 4
Convert $140.0\ \text{KB}$ to $\text{MB}$.
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = \frac{140.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = 0.14$$
$$\therefore \ 140.0\ \text{KB} = 0.14 \ \text{MB}$$
Example 5
Convert $180.0\ \text{KB}$ to $\text{MB}$.
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = \frac{180.0}{1000}$$
$$\text{Data and Storage}_{\text{MB}} = 0.18$$
$$\therefore \ 180.0\ \text{KB} = 0.18 \ \text{MB}$$
