Milligram
$\frac{1}{10^{6}}$ of a kilogram is a milligram.
How to convert Carat to Milligram
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = \text{Mass}_{\text{ct}} \cdot 200$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $35.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{mg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 35.0 \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 7000$$
$$\therefore \ 35.0\ \text{ct} = 7000 \ \text{mg}$$
Example 2
Convert $70.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{mg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 70.0 \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 14000$$
$$\therefore \ 70.0\ \text{ct} = 14000 \ \text{mg}$$
Example 3
Convert $100.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{mg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 100.0 \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 20000$$
$$\therefore \ 100.0\ \text{ct} = 20000 \ \text{mg}$$
Example 4
Convert $145.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{mg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 145.0 \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 29000$$
$$\therefore \ 145.0\ \text{ct} = 29000 \ \text{mg}$$
Example 5
Convert $195.0\ \text{ct}$ to $\text{mg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 195.0 \cdot 200$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{mg}} = 39000$$
$$\therefore \ 195.0\ \text{ct} = 39000 \ \text{mg}$$
