How to convert Milligram to Decigram

Examples
Example 1
Convert $45.0\ \text{mg}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = \frac{45.0}{100}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 0.45$$
$$\therefore \ 45.0\ \text{mg} = 0.45 \ \text{dg}$$
Example 2
Convert $85.0\ \text{mg}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = \frac{85.0}{100}$$
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = 0.85$$

Example 3
Convert $115.0\ \text{mg}$ to $\text{dg}$.
$$\text{Mass}_{\text{dg}} = \frac{115.0}{100}$$
