Convert Liter to Microliter
Unit definitions
Liter
The liter is a metric unit of volume equal to $1$ cubic decimeter (i.e., $10^{3}$ cubic centimeters). It is approximately equal to the mass of $1\ \text{kg}$ of water at room temperature.
Microliter
$\frac{1}{10^{6}}$ of a liter is a microliter.
How to convert Liter to Microliter
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = \text{Volume}_{\text{l}} \cdot 1000000$$
Examples
Example 1
Convert $45.0\ \text{l}$ to $\text{µl}$.
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 45.0 \cdot 1000000$$
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 45000000$$
$$\therefore \ 45.0\ \text{l} = 45000000 \ \text{µl}$$
Example 2
Convert $80.0\ \text{l}$ to $\text{µl}$.
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 80.0 \cdot 1000000$$
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 80000000$$
$$\therefore \ 80.0\ \text{l} = 80000000 \ \text{µl}$$
Example 3
Convert $100.0\ \text{l}$ to $\text{µl}$.
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 100.0 \cdot 1000000$$
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 100000000$$
$$\therefore \ 100.0\ \text{l} = 100000000 \ \text{µl}$$
Example 4
Convert $145.0\ \text{l}$ to $\text{µl}$.
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 145.0 \cdot 1000000$$
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 145000000$$
$$\therefore \ 145.0\ \text{l} = 145000000 \ \text{µl}$$
Example 5
Convert $160.0\ \text{l}$ to $\text{µl}$.
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 160.0 \cdot 1000000$$
$$\text{Volume}_{\text{µl}} = 160000000$$
$$\therefore \ 160.0\ \text{l} = 160000000 \ \text{µl}$$
